We are seeking someone who is a self-starter, with excellent communication and organizational skills, who is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and follow through.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lawn maintenance, with experience on all commercial lawn maintenance equipment and the ability to lead a crew of 2 to 5 people on commercial properties. The Foreman must be able to understand a scope of work and complete tasks safely and efficiently while producing a high-quality job. This position requires experience in spring/fall cleanup, lawn maintenance, mulching, planting annuals, and pruning. Responsibilities will include supervising and training staff and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. The successful candidate will possess a Core Applicators Pesticide License (or be willing to obtain one).
