We are currently hiring for a Field Marketing Apprentice. Our Marketing Representatives, are the backbone to our growth model. Job duties would be canvassing different neighborhoods and offering homeowners' a free quote for lawn care.

There is no expectation to sell, only to be a phenomenal first impression, of Weed Man Lawn Care for homeowners. There is no experience necessary for this position! We train and invest in each, and everyone of our employees. We strive to create a fun, competitive, and rewarding work environment. Our Marketers work in a teams to cover more territory, in the pursue of helping homeowners' get their golf course-grade, dream lawn!

Position Details:

• Door to door community outreach, No selling is required!
• Knowledgeable and friendly introduction to Weed Man Lawn Care for Homeowners
• Responsible for generating leads for our Sales team by offering free, no-obligation lawn care quotes to homeowners.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable by our coverage provider
• Must have strong written and oral communication skills
• Able to lift 50 pounds several times each day
• FUN, generally happy and nice- We want a positive environment for all!
