Thatcher is an Hisoric Hotel that has been extensivley renovated and serves affulent wine country travelers. We are looking for a motivated and expeirenced lead bartender to join our team.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated individual to join our team as a Bartender. Ideal candidates will have a strong knowledge of spirits, beer and wine and will follow our company policies closely. We are interested in hiring personal bartenders who can create a comfortable and convivial atmosphere that reflects the brand of our restaurants. Our Bartenders are responsible for maintaining inventory, ensuring that liquor is stored properly, understanding and enforcing all beverage laws, and assisting other employees with special events or promotions.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean, organized bar and work station.
• Have knowledge of the different types of alcohol and its effects.
• Create new drinks.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a friendly manner.
• Be good at socializing with patrons.
• Quickly make drinks while ensuring they taste good, meet the bar's standards, and are served in a timely manner.
• Know how to create different types of cocktails.
• Deal with drunk customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
