Detwiler Roofing, LLC is a family-owned and operated company, providing high quality roofing systems for over 15 years. The Detwiler Roofing team is expanding and looking for a lead project manager. This individual will be great with people, able to work in a team environment, and be eager to take on new challenges.

The ideal candidate will help shape and grow the vision for the project management team and will be responsible for the success of the team members directly reporting to the candidate. Overall, this candidate will have the ability to manage all aspects of a project in a fiscally responsible manner, while being attentive to our customer expectations.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think creatively and solve problems relating to commercial roofing systems and projects.
• Ability to lead and motivate team members with a high level of integrity and a focus on safety.
• Maintain a desire for continuous learning.
• Ability to manage a job from pre-con to close out.
• Manage and monitor all costs to meet budget guidelines.
• Proven success at managing multiple projects in an efficient manner.

Education, Experience, Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• 5+ Years Commercial Roofing Project Management Experience (required)
• OSHA 30-Hour Card (required)
• Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation (travel is required)
• Fluency in English (required)
