We are looking for a full time lumberyard sales person to join our company. Must have product knowledge in lumber and building materials used in residential construction.

Must be proficient in doing lumber and building material takeoffs from building plans drawn by Architects or Draftsman.

You will be responsible for prospecting clients, estimating material takeoffs, job site consults, preconstruction meetings, and project management. Must possess a high attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, excellent time management skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred: 2+ Years Lumber/Building Materials Sales Experience. 2+ Years Residential Construction or Trades. 2+ Years of Project Management and Estimating Experience.

Experience in kitchen cabinets and countertop design/layout and sales will also be considered.

This is an Hourly Paid Position with Sales Commission. Potential to $ 100,000 plus.
