Handling 100+ inbound/outbound phone calls per day. Represent the business well by building their own book of business.

May serve as a point of contact for the customers, booking catering, answering questions and potential planning for future service needs.

Duties *will include but are not limited to: answering and routing incoming calls, data entry, filing, creating work orders, recruiting and setting interview

Tracking personal results including appointments, calls, sales, and engagements using CRM system. Aid in the management of online reputation through review

Making sales calls and developing methods of publicizing services to attract clients and support from community business and industry leaders.
