Prairie Ridge Health is looking for a team member to join our organization as role of Clinic Manager. This position is a 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week) Monday-Friday. This position is accountable for the daily operations of the PRH primary care and specialty clinics.
Position Summary:
The Clinic Manager provides day to day oversight of the clinic activities working closely with physicians, advance practitioners, clinic personnel, hospital employees and others to provide efficient and effective clinic operations; ensure appropriate staffing levels and scheduling of clinic personnel; fiscal and operational analysis and management, patient satisfaction and quality improvement. The Clinic Manager is responsible for staffing, budget development, and compliance with Joint Commission, HIPAA, and other regulatory agencies.
