Job description:

Full-time position. This role has the ability to be remote, hybrid or in-person depending on the applicant's location. There will be occasional travel to client meetings and television productions throughout New England, therefore preference will be for a candidate who lives within a two-hour drive from the Boston area. The account coordinator will work closely with our Sr. Account Executive, nurturing the relationships between multiple clients and our agency. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our clients' needs are met. You’ll manage deliverables and ensure that strategy, creative, and produced materials are delivered in a timely and effective fashion. This is a fast-paced environment where you’ll wear many hats in a day. You need to be a master of details and keep the ball moving forward for our clients and the agency. In addition to managing a growing number of production projects, the Account Manager will work closely with our creative and strategy teams, supporting them in their tasks and managing social media for our clients.

Salary dependent on experience.
