Ponderosa located in the foothills North East of Fresno, is looking for an experienced Marketing professional to direct the implementation of the Ponderosa brands communication and marketing strategy. This will include digital marketing, targeted campaigns, branding event opportunities, sales and public relations. This position requires knowledge of marketing theory, creative content creation, social media marketing, sales promotions, community outreach programs and influencer marketing development. Must be a team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in marketing services in a dynamic and competitive environment. Previous experience with telecommunication services a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Promote the Ponderosa brand on all media platforms through the ongoing development of communication plans and marketing campaigns
• Develop and utilize research methods to capture and understand the market dynamics
• Manage department objectives, budget and activities
• Manage the brand identity by developing and creating relevant sales and promotional materials to be used across a variety of media platforms
• Develop, execute and coordinate media campaigns with advertising agency to achieve the sales goals of Ponderosa
• Act as the brand ambassador between the community and corporate strategy
• Be present and visible in the communities of interest to develop a range of relationships

Basic Qualifications:

• Progressive experience in a marketing leadership position
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns, including digital media
• Conceptual knowledge of brand building through the use of social media platforms
• Ability to perform statistical analysis and report development
• Experience in public speaking or direct sales

Required Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent Marketing work experience

Knowledge of telecommunications a huge plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
