Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the development of strategic marketing plans for clients, with a focus on data-driven, measurable goals
• Conducting market research and analysis to inform marketing campaigns and strategies
• Assisting in the creation of compelling marketing materials such as social media posts, email campaigns, and ad copy
• Collaborating with the design team to develop eye-catching graphics and visuals
• Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using tools such as Google Analytics
• Assisting with customer segmentation and lead-generation efforts
• Helping to manage and maintain client relationships through regular communication and reporting
• Supporting the Marketing & Sales Managers with administrative and project management tasks as needed
• Continuously learning and staying up to date with the latest marketing trends and best practices
• Be a proactive member of the team by producing ideas, and suggesting improvements and optimization

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• At least one year experience in a marketing related position
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Proficient in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
• An understanding of B2B & B2C Marketing
• Knowledge of trends and understanding of their importance
• Able to multitask and manage time effectively
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics platforms
• Strong interest in learning about the latest marketing trends and technologies
• Positive attitude and a Creative Mind!

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in digital marketing and content creation
• BA/BS, in marketing, advertising, or a related field
