3 years minimum marketing experience in home care, home health, skilled nursing, hospice, or another directly related field.

Manage and answer heavy volume of incoming calls, direct to appropriate person. Outbound when no incoming calls, and to fill the schedule as needed.

Strong technical skills in Legal software(preferably IManage, Accuroute) and experience with Law Firms technical support. On-site support as needed.

Excellent telephone skills and proficiency with computers, job specific software including Microsoft Office. Competency with insurance billing, problem solving
