We are looking for an experienced and motivated candidate to join our Marketing team. The Marketing Intern will partner with our Commercial Organization, Services Team, and Marketing Leaders to gain hands-on industry experience in the Marketing field and Technology Industry. The ideal candidate is organized and detail-oriented, a quick learner and an excellent communicator.

What You'll Do:

• Help coordinate the planning of special events, conferences, meetings, workshops, and classes
• Help with other duties related to the events such as promotional item research and orders, signage, proofing, speaker packets, survey creation and setup, updating website, and general marketing assistance
• Assist in managing social media platforms, coming up with creative content to repurpose across multiple platforms
• Assist in creating flyers, packets, marketing materials, etc
• Learn how to create marketing, website, and search engine analytics, and create a tailored marketing strategy
• Work closely with managers to define the scope, objectives, and measurements of campaigns and projects while assisting with the content for these campaigns

What We'll Expect From You:

• Majoring in Marketing, with a strong understanding of Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Engineering, or similar, is ideal
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
• Comfortable with computer-driven data analysis
• Able to multi-task
