Key Responsibilities:

Create and implement marketing strategies to increase MPI’s brand awareness and generate leads

Lead, support, and inspire the marketing team

Enhance and manage the company's branding strategy

Develop and implement an automated marketing program

Manage company website - coordination with vendors, content development, site updates, SEO analysis, organic SEO optimization, and performance monitoring

Manage digital advertising – Google Ads campaigns, social media advertising, editorial calendar, and industry publications, developing content, optimizing, and reporting

Tradeshow oversight - scheduling, booking, logistics, booth design, and layout, arranging travel, collection, and distribution of leads

Coordinate and manage all marketing-related third-party vendors

Oversee maintenance of literature and sales support library

Assist in creating compelling sales documents and presentations

Draft company newsletters, case studies, and press releases

Manage and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and programs

Develop and manage the marketing department's budget

Must Have:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, business administration, or similar

At least five years of experience as a marketing manager

Experience with marketing automation software such as HubSpot

Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding

Leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong time management and organizational abilities

Google Analytics (G4) and Ads management

A proven track record of successful SEO development and management

Expert-level experience in Adobe Creative Suite

Professional level writing and editing skills (samples submitted with the application are appreciated)

Experience creating and implementing a customer persona

Nice to Have:

A master's degree in a relevant field

Video creating and editing experience

Possessing an eye for photography

E-commerce experience

Experience with WordPress

Experience in working with or working for an agency
