General Purpose: The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing marketing materials and supporting business development initiatives that enhance brand awareness, lead generation and the company’s position as an industry leader.

Job Duties: (duties include, but are not limited to, the following)

• Support the conceptualization of compelling stories and content that enhance the brand and engage target audiences
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
• Use of multichannel marketing like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media and lead generation campaigns.
• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website that attracts and converts our target groups
• Set up and maintain website and social media sites
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
• Develop and implement marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly

• Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
• Experience in setting up and maintaining websites and social media sites
• Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
• Exposure to email marketing, marketing technology and CRM software
• Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office suite)
• Ability to build relationships at all levels, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated proficiency in applying established standards/policies
• Strong professional integrity and work ethic
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a timely manner
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
