Most providers designate a 4-hour window to accept calls Monday - Friday and only need to take weekend call on a rotating basis once every 5-6 weeks.

Monitor response time on all incoming leads. Previous sales experience a plus. Results driven and motivated for sales. Call center: 1 year (Preferred).

Handle incoming telephone and email requests. Multiple forms of payments (cash, credit cards, invoice, etc.). Welcome customers and assess their needs.
