Description: An exciting opportunity has arisen in our organization for an experienced Medical Assistant. We are looking for a team player who is able to perform in this dual role.

Medical Assistant primary duties:

• Prepare and maintain exam rooms in an orderly and clean manner
• Take patient chief complaints and vital signs
• Assist physicians with a wide range of tasks that are related to patient care

Requirements

• At least two years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a family practice/internal medicine or urgent care setting
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Electronic Medical Records proficiency
• The desire to work in a fast pace environment

Educational Requirement

• A High School Diploma or GED
• A Medical Assistant Certificate/Diploma
• A valid CPR card

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
