Title: Medical Receptionist

Supervisor: MD/FT Medical Reception/ SM liason

Job Summary: Young Skin Dermatology is seeking a Medical Receptionist to work front desk and remote phones.

Job Type: Part-Time 20+ hours per week, with room for growth

Location: office in Stamford, CT.

Pay: 15-20 per hour

Principle Duties: Duties include but are not limited to:

· Answering and transferring phones

· Registering a new patient

· Scheduling an appointment

· Updating appointment reminders

· Collecting insurance, copays

· Managing tasks and notes

· Responding to practice emails and Microsoft teams

· Processing efax

· Following billing protocol, transfers

· Following rewards programs

Qualifications:

· College degree in communications (Preferred)

· Office experience: 1 year (Required)

· Communication Skills

· Computer Skills: 1 year (Required)

Schedule:

Flexible based on availability
