Alaska Vein Care is seeking a Part Time Medical Receptionist. Make great income working only 2-3 days a month. Front desk job duties include:

• Taking detailed messages
• Checking patients in and out for appointments
• Taking patient payments
• Scheduling appointments
• Verifying insurances and patient eligibility
• Calling patients with messages
• Faxing
• Scanning and attaching documents
• Detailed documentation in an EHR
• Sorting and scanning mail
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Proven work experience as a medical receptionist
• Familiarity with medical issues and terminology
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multi-task and perform well in stressful situations
• Communication and customer service skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour DOE

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• One -two Days A Month

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
