This role will coordinate and manage executive scheduling, prepare and organize important legal and strategic materials and plans, and support board meetings

As such, our engineers are empowered to go directly from a conceptualized design to working in collaboration with our full-time machinists to develop prototypes

Perform a wide variety of clerical duties, including but not limited to, filing, shredding, faxing, photocopying, processing mail, ordering supplies

High school diploma or equivalent; Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plus. High school or equivalent (Preferred).
