Responsibilities:
Sales Managers work closely with potential buyers, guiding their decision process from initial contact through settlement. Responsibilities include demonstrating quick-delivery homes and model homes, marketing, working with realtors' clients and our preferred lenders.
Requirements:
Strong sales techniques and good oral and written communication skills are imperative. New home sales working for a homebuilder experience required. Updated PC skills are needed for communication, marketing and sales contract preparation. Smartphone and the ability for timely response to sales inquiries a must. Weekend work required.
