Responsibilities:
OT responsibilities include therapy screening, evaluations, daily treatment sessions, billing and documentation, discharge planning and supervision of Occupational Therapy Assistant(s). Billing and documentation is completed via Net Health (formally Optima HCS). Productivity standards of 85% weekly. Physical demands of the position require good physical and mental health status as the position requires walking/standing most of the day, transferring, and pushing residents and equipment.

Qualifications:
Position requires a degree in Occupational Therapy, certification from NBCOT, State License for the state in which services are being provided and CPR. Employee must be dependable and demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the residents served.
