Hours: Days, M-F (7A-7:30P).

Local Pay: $98-$103/hour

UNIT SUMMARY: The pharmacy has developed a team approach to pharmaceutical care fostering a collegial relationship with physicians, nurses and other health care professionals for proper medication management. This facility is technologically advanced involving Meditech, automated dispensing cabinets, bar code administration, smart pumps and order set CPOE.

JOB SUMMARY: The Clinical Pharmacist incorporates clinical consultative and decentralized pharmacy services with established practice guidelines with general pharmacotherapy interventions in acute care involving medication management in infectious disease, critical care as well as oncology services.

REQUIREMENTS:

· VA state license

· Chemo/Hazardous Drugs certified

· BCOP (preferred)

· PGY2 Oncology (preferred)

· 1+ oncology experience
