Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

Follows proper cleaning and preventative maintenance schedules. Attends survey training and interacts with surveyors as instructed.

Must have a valid Colorado, or other State, drivers license. Perform basic carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing tasks.

May assist with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and distributing checks.

Current driver's license with a minimum of 2 years driving history. Clean driving record, current vehicle insurance in their name.
