Ensures proper Project Management staffing for all projects within the product/program; Helps develop objectives and scope.

This includes answering questions with tact and diplomacy, taking messages to relay to the CEO, redirecting matters to staff to manage, or handling matters

Provide cost effective office assistance, including securing business supplies, cost/invoicing, travel coordination, building maintenance calls, budget

Maintains personnel files in compliance and all other legal requirements and ensure files are in a constant state of survey readiness;

Organizing and filing documents, taking notes, and delivering messages to the director. Assisting the director to establish and enforce budgets, timelines, and
