Operations Manager – HVAC Distributor – Base Salary to 150k/year + Bonus – Sewell, NJ

• Our client, a stable, fast-growing HVAC distributor has an immediate need for an Operations Manager to oversee operations of four branches in Southern NJ. This position will report directly to the owner. They are a continually growing company, and they are looking for a process-driven leader to help grow and make the branches more efficient. They are around $25MM in revenue. The philosophy of this business is to operate as a tight-knit group, always willing to help each other out, and they are looking for someone who operates from a “customer and employee first” mentality in order to lead as a way of life for the business.

• In this position, the Operations Manager will work with the Branch Managers for four locations in South NJ. He/she will visit each location approximately once a week to be visible, lend a hand, and understand the operations of the branch. He/she will be responsible for training the Branch Managers, standardizing processes across all locations, helping with costs, reviewing P&L, and streamlining inventory.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this position will possess leadership in distribution across multiple branches. The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. They should possess strong organizational and customer service skills, as well as not being afraid to jump in and help out the staff.

Compensation: Our client is offering a solid compensation package for this position, with a base salary in the 100k – 150k/year range depending on experience, and an annual bonus structure.
