JOB SUMMARY:

Make sales and service calls on direct and indirect customers including dealers, builders and the general public. Sales calls include presenting and encouraging use of products and services available from Bayer Built. Service calls include addressing field issues with products and services provided by Bayer Built.

FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE JOB DUTIES:

• Provide interface with customers
• BBW Product and Service Offering presentations
• Develop working relationships with customers to encourage loyalty to BBW
• Educate and train customers on product information, electronic quoting/ordering platform, etc.
• Assisting customers with specifications
• Grow sales in respective territories
• Inspect and address product and service issues as they occur
• Perform take-off lists from commercial project blueprints as necessary
• Assist dealer customers with their sales efforts
• Troubleshoot customer issues and dissatisfaction as necessary
• Suggest process improvements as appropriate to enhance sales effectiveness, inter-department efficiencies, and product/service offering

NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Knowledge of the construction industry and building practices
• In-depth knowledge of products and services provided by BBW and our competition
• Fluent with use of computers and software
• Must be an excellent verbal and written communicator
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and door schedules
• Time management and prioritization skills
• Must have the ability to be away from home for travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
