We are currently looking for Management team member for our Havensight location. This is the perfect position for a professional who excels in delivering a great client experience and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail store management leading a team. This candidate understands reinforcing selling behaviors and expectations consistently, and be able to identify opportunities, strategize, and impact the business.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 2 year of retail management in store experience * A passionate and enthusiastic personality * Business acumen and ability to speak to KPI’s * Strong training, coaching and motivational skills * Previous leadership experience *Strong ability to drive sales * Experience in working with monthly sales goals and meeting monthly sales goals * Excellent communication and customer service skills *Flexible Work Schedule with ability to work weekends, and holidays *Bilingual is a plus
• Ensure all employees are well informed about the Pandora Selling Conversation * Drive Sales and Motivate staff * Provide team with coaching * Lead by example * Identify opportunities and successes in the moment to optimize sales * Plan and prioritize daily tasks and staffing according to traffic flow and planning tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
