Our commercial construction company (founded in 2008 ) specializes in medical construction and consulting services in the metropolitan area. We our looking for a skilled bookkeeper to maintain our financial records 10 to 15 hours weekly. You will oversee the company’s financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payables and receivables, payroll and financial entries and reconciliations. We offer flexible work schedule.

Bookkeeper Requirements and Qualifications.

:Degree in accounting , finance or a relevant field preferred.

:5+years of bookkeeping experience.

:Proficient in Quickbooks Pro online.

: AIA billing

:Excellent communication and organizational skills

:Experience working in the construction industry is a plus.
