Answer incoming phone calls, assisting patients with scheduling needs or transferring to the appropriate department/person requested.

They will also assist in providing a positive physical, social, and psychological environment, while following all Center policies and procedures.

Serve as point of contact for drivers regarding issues/questions pertaining to organizational policies, payroll, benefits, etc. Set up schedules for drivers.
