The primary responsibility of this position is to answer telephone calls in order to schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule of four veterinarians.

Must have a minimum 4-year degree or associate degree in a manufacturing field/ 5 years of experience in Contract Manufacturing environment with CAD design, and

Partner in developing and implementing end-user training and materials for internal associates and all field locations.

\* Passionate about providing outstanding customer service. \* Ability to work Monday through Friday and on call every third weekend as needed.
