Our Clinical Service Director/Physical Therapist performs Diagnostics tests such as Musculoskeletal Ultrasound (MSKUS), Nerve Conduction Studies, and Electromyography. These Diagnostic services can be utilized for our physical therapy clients and the public to help get to the root cause a condition and for a more tailored and effective treatment plan.

We are looking for a skilled, personable, and motivated physical therapist to join our talented team. We are an outpatient orthopedic clinic with a wide range of cases including general orthopedics, geriatric, sports, some neuro cases and we also have a small population of vestibular, and pelvic health cases. (Interested PTs don't have to treat vestibular or pelvic health, but if you are interested or have other specialties you would like to see patients for please let us know.) Our goal is to provide exceptional quality physical therapy and wellness services to a diverse population. A focus is growing our wellness and private pay services for a sustainable future. We are looking for a PT who values teamwork and helping to improve movement and function in our community.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of diagnoses, establishes treatment plans and formulates goals.
  • Coordinate with referral sources on patient progress
  • Discharge planning with physician, patient, family, and other facilities as need.
  • Document daily notes, patient evaluations, progress notes, re-evaluations, discharge summaries and other client care coordination activities.
  • Attend scheduled departmental meetings and training.
  • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate quality care.

Requirements:

  • Valid California Physical Therapy License (or Pending) or PTLA status (Current or upcoming)

  • New Graduates are welcome, and we have excellent therapists to provide one-on-one and group mentoring with senior therapists with diverse backgrounds.
  • Experience with Geriatrics Rehab
  • Experience with Neurologic Rehab
  • Experience with Orthopedic Rehab
  • Strong Manual Therapy Skills
  • APTA Membership and Involvement is highly encouraged, but not required
