DHW Infant Toddler is ready to contract with PTs that value interacting with parents/caregivers to apply evidence-based strategies with their child during daily routines and activities.

The Infant Toddler Program is made up of regional teams of early interventionists to support progress in all domains of function for children under 3 years of age who have developmental delays. Services are provided in their homes with their caregivers.

Responsibilities include: Evaluation-assessment, eligibility determination, joint treatment planning and interaction with the infant-toddler and caregivers, application and monitoring of intervention strategies in the child’s home and community environments, and collaborative consultation with transdisciplinary team members.

Full and part time contract openings for Burley, Idaho Falls, and Pocatello areas are currently available and include paid travel, service provision and meeting time. There is potential for a staff position for the right applicant.
