We are a thriving and independent primary care medical practice located in Novato in Marin County, California. Our office is in a quiet beautiful location. Our patients are awesome and our team is exceptional. We are flexible and adaptable. The culture is healthy and the organization is flat...we are all colleagues when it comes to caring for our patients. All of our staff have top-tier workstations and we are a Mac-based practice. Dr. Goodman is Harvard-MIT/UCSF-trained and brings his expertise as an engineer/physician into the clinic. We have been successful in hiring new graduates and our office is now offering clerkships to PA students.

We have enjoyed significant growth and we are now looking for a physician assistant to join the practice full or part time. You will see patients virtually through telemedicine as well as through face to face visits in the office. Most of our patients are seen for chronic conditions so you will have an opportunity to establish positive long term relationships. Our office technology is state of the art and cloud-based. We use Elation Health for our EMR. Patient visits are typically in 30-minute blocks, giving ample time to engage with the patient and complete documentation.

Our lines of service:

• We care for a large population of first responders (law enforcement, fire, EMS) with injuries and illnesses incurred in the line of duty.
• We manage a loyal and rapidly growing concierge primary care medical practice for adults
• We offer administrative medical exams for US Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS), Federal Aviation Administration, and Department of Transportation
• We provide clinical and market research opportunities to evaluate promising technologies, apps and services that can improve care and lower costs
