Mustang Signs is looking for a Pre-press Technician / Large Format Print Operator to fill a full time position in a small team based environment.

We're specifically looking to add someone with experience in graphic design and running printers.

This role is responsible for pre-flighting files, setting them up for print (adding bleeds, cut lines), operating printers and cutters and maintaining accurate color specifications and checking that their files have printed accurately.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the area of design, a good work ethic, the ability to multitask and collaborate. They will be extremely detail-oriented and have a great sense of design and typography. The desire to learn, explore and grow as a skilled designer and print operator is a must!

Requirements:

• Have graduated from a two or four year college level program in graphic arts, design or a related field.
• Have a minimum of one year of training or equivalent experience.
• Be proficient with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Be self motivated and able to work independently.
• A portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills and projects for review.

Job Type: Full-time
