Reporting to the Pre-Sales Manager, this position is responsible for:

  • Reconnecting with existing leads to qualify potential customers.
  • Gathering key information from customers and supporting their transition to the Sales team.
  • Maintaining a consistently positive attitude and customer first approach to deliver stellar service to all customers.
  • Maintaining current knowledge of products and services offered.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements for Pre-Sales/Screener Rep:

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions.
  • Ability to present oneself well over the phone.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task.
  • Willingness to work 1-2 Saturday(s) per month.
  • Experience in a call center a plus (training will be provided).
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Pay Rate for Pre-Sales/Screener Rep:

  • $15/hour, plus bonus!
