We are looking for a reliable team member to be an associate at our custom print and embroidery shop. Be prepared to work in a fast paced environment.

Duties include emailing/calling customers and answering their calls
Looking up prices
Writing and sending invoices
Send marketing emails
Help maintain work flow
Help order supplies and receive them

Must know how to use Quickbooks and Mailchimp on at least a basic level.

This job is being customer forward and you must be able to take orders and promote sales. Also, assist the owners as needed. Very friendly and casual environment that puts the customer first. Small family run shop since 1984

Qualifications:
Must have experience.
Knowledge of how to use Quickbooks and Mailchimp
Professional, friendly personality.
Punctual, dependable and work at an acceptable pace.
Required to lift up to a minimum of 50 lbs.
