Position Summary

Our production team members are responsible for manufacturing the right product from the correct recipe, to the correct specification. Safety comes first in our operations and this begins with each of our team doing their part to ensure they follow all safe work methods in practices. In this role, will ensure a quality cheese product is made for our customer through each step of our manufacturing and packaging processes.

The Production Team Member is responsible for:

• Manufacturing and packaging cheese products to specifications
• Preparing materials and ingredients
• Inspecting and ensuring quality requirements are obtained throughout the manufacturing process
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas
• Following workplace safety requirements
• Ensuring flexibility to work in various roles as necessary to support production goals

Physical requirements:

• Stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25-55 lbs. consistently
• Operate computers, touch screens and equipment controls
