Overview:

As we take our business into the next 50 years, we have identified the need to add a Project Manager who will have the potential to impact our company’s trajectory, help to reduce costs, maximize efficiencies, and maximize our customer experience by overseeing complex projects from inception to completion. As the Project Manager, you will need to have proven experience in project management and the ability to lead project teams through the company’s ongoing projects. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a huge advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans: To be developed and shared with contractors and other staff members.
  • Collaborate with team members – Meet with AM team and external contractors to clarify specific requirements in a consistent structured basis while ensuring open lines of communication to maintain success.
  • Planning and oversight into budgets - Select aligned and high-level partners to maximize project timeline and budget maintenance. Cost estimation may be a weekly or even a monthly task. But for larger projects with many different expenses to keep in mind, you may spend time reviewing budgets each day to ensure the project does not exceed resource allocations.
  • Issue identification and resolution: Throughout the course of any project, it’s common for scope, budget, resource allocation, and other miscellaneous issues to arise. It is the role of the project manager to ensure that these issues are resolved effectively in order to keep the project on track.
  • Time management and approval: In order to ensure that the project remains on track, project managers must manage how the team is spending their time. In addition to ensuring that the project is moving along as planned, this helps project managers shift resources between projects as necessary.
  • Successful Project Completion and Evaluation: Manage project team satisfaction within the project transition period. Conducting post-project evaluation to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements for continued development.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree, master's degree, or comparable work experience in a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Advanced time management and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
  • Strong understanding of modern project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, project management applications
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Able to complete projects in a timely manner.
  • Experience as a construction project manager, IT project manager, or ERP project manager.
  • Understanding of ERP implementation.
  • Budget management experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
