Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Construction Project Manager to join our team of high achievers. With a number of high profile projects, our new team member will need to be detail oriented and bring broad experience in construction and project management.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • 10 years experience overall
  • 5 years experience with estimating, scheduling and managing vertical complex projects
  • CM, Civil Engineering degree or equivalent preferred
  • Competency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Ability to:

  • Work autonomously and have proven success in client/subcontractor relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Handle pressure, meet tight deadlines and make independent decisions
  • Attentive to detail and the broader picture
  • Quick self-starter, team-oriented and able to work with different personalities and professional styles to complete tasks
  • Service and client-oriented personality

Responsibilities:

  • Produce, review and approve project schedules and micro-phases of work
  • Manage subcontracts and purchase orders
  • Ensure that work meets company expectations for quality of workmanship, conformance to contract, and adherence to schedule
  • Ensure that jobsites comply with all applicable federal, state and local regulations, statutes, ordinances, rules and laws
  • Ensure that all employees, subcontractor employees, and visitors to the jobsite comply with company safety policies and procedures
  • Must be willing to travel, if required
  • Communication with Owner, A/E Team, project stakeholders
  • Understands and applies the company labor relations policies
