Property Accounting Specialist

Coreland Companies is seeking a motivated team-focused, positive, and detail-Property Accounting
Specialist to support the property management team with responsibilities such as variance reporting, financial reporting, account reconciliations, CAM reconciliations, budgets, billing adjustments, and lease abstracts.

Responsibilities:

• Review and submit lease abstracts, billing adjustments, and move-outs
• Assist in budget template preparation and review
• Assist in CAM reconciliation template preparation and review
• Interface with tenants on CAM reconciliation disputes
• Assist with budgets and monthly/quarterly reports
• Track budgets, CAM reconciliations, and special billing
• Support Accounts Receivable collections
• Provide variance analysis
• Prepare monthly financial reports

Qualifications:

• Accounting knowledge, including an understanding of financial reports
• Minimum of 3 years of industry-related experience
• Familiarity with commercial lease language
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with creating and analyzing formulas
• Experience with MRI, Yardi, and AvidXchange is highly desirable
• Proficient with Adobe Acrobat
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to take direction and work with minimal supervision
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Possess a professional and positive attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Current California Real Estate license preferred

Compensation:

• Salary to be determined commensurate with experience.
• Coreland Companies offers competitive compensation and benefits packages.

This is a full-time position – Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
