Active, unrestricted, unencumbered *Maine NP license*. NP, CNM or WHNP license to practice in Maine (Required). 100% Remote telehealth with synchronous visits.

Initial certification or eligibility for certification if candidate is a new graduate, with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
