A medical administrative assistant - front desk reception is responsible for the timely submission of technical or professional medical claims to insurance

Conduct daily bank reconciliations and cash reports. Complete end-of-month accounting reports as assigned. Assist in completion of annual reviews and audits.

This position reviews, analyzes, and reports on expenditures for research grants, contracts and other fund accounts, and assures compliance with GASB principles

Primary contact via phone for all incoming client calls. Make daily outbound sales calls to generate leads. Backup person for order entry role.
