Experience in private security, military service, law enforcement, corrections or a related field is desirable, but not required. High school diploma or GED.

Process calls according to the purpose of the call and/or forward urgent calls to the appropriate personnel or department.

Obtain applicant name, certification status, and contact info and/or enter into the recruitment tracking system where applicable.

Holds a valid Indiana Drivers License, a good driving record, and insurance. CMA, CCMA, or RMA certification/registration required from an accredited school.

Ability to detect, analyze and resolve technical or technology related problems. 60+ hours from an accredited college/university or equivalent job experience.
