Purpose:
Receptionist/Admin Assistant supports operations by maintaining office systems and providing resources to engineering, quality and manufacturing for accounting, purchasing.
Duties:
· Assist with maintaining business operation services by setting up customer and supplier accounts, preparing payroll, submitting supply requisitions, managing accounts receivable and payable and keeping management informed by providing reports on current, monthly and annual balances.
· Assist with maintaining office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and procurement of office equipment and supplies.
· Assist with maintaining up to date professional and technical knowledge
· Contribute to team effort by providing resources to other departments as needed

· 2 years of experience in accounting and office environment
· High School Diploma, College Degree and Certifications are encouraged but not required
