Health and Life Insurance Agency in Laguna Niguel is looking for an Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant to join our team from full-time, from 8am - 5pm.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, organized, self-disciplined, and fast learning multi-tasker with excellent customer service skills. This is an in-office position.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Answering phones, taking messages, setting appointments, responding to emails;
• Inputting confidential client information into our databases;
• Assisting clients with questions and issues related to billing, claims, and other problems as they arise;
• Faxing, filing, mailing, copying, scanning, document shredding

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent oral, written, and telephone skills
• Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Ability to multitask and work as a team

Insurance experience is not required, but is a plus! We look forward to meeting you!
