Vybrows Permanent Makeup Studio is seeking friendly and sales-savvy full/part-time receptionist/social media assistant to help us manage all front desk and social media efforts in our fast-paced PMU salon.

Candidates must have excellent customer service and communication skills both verbal and written. Strong attention to detail, highly motivated individual with superb organization and planning skills while remaining flexible, proactive, and efficient and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

Candidates must have experience using social media and Excel spreadsheets. Computer, social media, and basic photo-editing skills are required.

The pay range start for this position is $18 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

As a member of the Front Office team, some responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Organize appointments, scheduling appointments
• Answer all social media messages and email. Telephone Consultations
• Organize staffs calendar
• Organizing and planning our travel training and meetings.
• Make travel arrangements for our travel training.
• Assist in our training.
• Greeting and directing clients
• Creating a positive salon experience for every person who walks through the door
• In addition, you will learn permanent makeup procedures and guidelines.
• Setting up, cleaning up the procedure tray.
• Special projects as assigned
