What will you do as a Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC)

• Prepare assessments for our residents at our facility to ensure the services they receive are appropriate and effective.
• Evaluate and identify changes in our residents' conditions and initiate appropriate steps.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare and Medicaid programs.

What you need as a Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC)

• Licensed as an RN
• Previous experience in a long-term care facility
• Previous MDS experience
