Primary responsibilities as a Registered Nurse (RN) at Kingston

• Supervise care team of Nurse Aides, Medication Aides and LPNs to deliver plan of care

• Administer medications, following the 5 medication rights and reduce potential for errors

• Report changes in resident condition to physician, DON and responsible party, taking follow-up action as necessary

• Treat residents, guests, and co-workers with courtesy and genuine care

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse/RN license in Ohio

• CPR basic life support
