Valid drivers license in the State of Maine and good driving record. Ability to maintain good driving skills in handling vehicles on wet and/or slippery roads

Coordinate with specialist departments on the mechanical design of smart devices. Support the installation of both mechanical and controls upgrades.

Resident Experience - Positive, pleasant, and tactful interactions with residents, staff, and facility guests. Must live in the service area.

Project manage the flow of work requests, assigning between outsourced resources and your own schedule, to ensure projects are completed on time.
