General Summary of Job Position:

The Retail Sales Associate will assist in the receiving, stocking, pricing of all merchandise and help maintain a clean and orderly merchandise presentation and overall store cleanliness.

We seek Full-time/Part-time all-around Sales Associates.

The primary goal is to build strong relationships with our customers. Candidates must possess a strong attention to detail, results oriented while delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities for Retail Sales Associate (other duties or tasks may be assigned)

● provide a positive shopping experience for customers
● professionalism in appearance and actions
● be aware of subtle customer cues and respond appropriately
● expand knowledge of products so that customer needs can be properly addressed
● assist in receiving and processing product shipments
● prepare and display new merchandise weekly
● maintain a standard of cleanliness in the store by following set guidelines
● physical demands; standing, walking, lifting (up to 50lbs)
● work with a team to create and maintain a pleasant environment for shoppers and staff
